The Lutheran Homes needed help understanding a new generation of retirees. Through focus-group research, we listened carefully to seniors, learning their expectations and desires. That input lead us to create an entirely new brand story, including a new name and new positioning as “a better way of living.” Our multi-channel marketing campaign — including business identity, print collateral, television and radio advertising, website and social media — transformed a once-struggling retirement community into a thriving group of senior-living centers at multiple locations.

This invitation to their annual meeting established the focus for the coming year, and prepared board members and stakeholders to make important decisions about future operations.
